Returns
Rugs can be returned within 7 days if they are unused and in their original condition. Custom rugs are final sale. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Unroll immediately upon arrival to avoid creases from shipping. Any slight folds will naturally relax over time — don’t worry.
• Vacuum regularly on low power and avoid rotating brushes. Some wool shedding during the first few days is completely normal.
• Spot clean spills immediately using cold water and a mild detergent.
• Natural refresh: Sprinkle a mix of baking soda and coarse salt, leave for 1–2 hours, then vacuum thoroughly.
• Professional cleaning: Recommended every 2–3 years or for deeper soiling.
• Storage: Fold carefully and place in a breathable cover with a sachet of dried lavender.
• Air it out occasionally: Light sun exposure on sunny days helps keep your rug fresh.

Moroccan Rug Craftsmanship
This handwoven Moroccan wool rug comes from Taznakht, a region in Morocco renowned for its traditional Amazigh rug weaving. For generations, women artisans have transformed natural wool into beautiful handmade rugs using techniques passed down from mother to daughter.
Each rug is imagined and designed freely by the artisan, inspired by her creativity, life experiences, and Amazigh cultural symbols. No patterns are copied, which makes every piece truly unique.
The wool is naturally dyed using traditional plant-based dyes, a centuries-old practice that gives Moroccan rugs their rich, organic colors while remaining eco-friendly and chemical-free.
Every Moroccan artisan rug takes weeks to complete and carries the story, imagination, patience, and heritage of the woman who created it.
