We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days, depending on your location. If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Each rug is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused and in its original condition.

Please note:

• Custom rugs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We kindly ask that you carefully review all measurements, colors, and design details before placing your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned rug, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.

Because each rug is entirely handmade, slight variations in color and pattern may occur. These differences are part of the rug’s authenticity and unique character.

Special Orders
Custom-made or promotional rugs are not eligible for return or exchange.
