At Tazrugs, we strive to deliver your beautiful, handwoven rug as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. All rugs are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and size of the rug. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Domestic orders (Morocco): Typically take 5-7 business days.
    • International orders: Shipping times range from 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs and Duties

  • International Orders: For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by customs in their country. These charges are not included in the price of the rug or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
  • Customs Processing: Customs can sometimes delay packages. While we do our best to ensure smooth shipping, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for international orders due to the variable nature of customs procedures.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tazrugs purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s our return and exchange policy:

  • Return Period: You can return your rug within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as the rug is in its original, unused condition.
  • Condition: The rug must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and free from any stains, odors, or signs of use.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tazrugs25@gmail.com,We will provide you with the return instructions and address.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the rug is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your rug.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned rug and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your rug for a different style, size, or design, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will make sure to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means sending you a replacement or processing a full refund.

Important Notes

Color Variations: Please note that due to the handwoven nature of our rugs and differences in monitor settings, the colors of the rug may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Special Orders: Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
